Vasques de Carvalho Tawny 30 Years has a powerful and intense flavor, lots of nuts, raisins, and caramel; the taste seems endless, with new notes continually emerging. The aftertaste lingers for a long time and slowly fades out with the sweet nutty notes lingering, top-class port wine that must be tried.
Try this 30-year-old tawny slightly chilled at 12-14 degrees and preferably in large glasses. It is best enjoyed with a homemade apple cake, preferably with a twist of marzipan and vanilla.
